What is recorded
When this feature is enabled, the site records the page visited, the date and time in UTC, a broad browser and device category, and whether an adviser control was first used during that page visit. This helps David understand which tools people use and where to improve them. An interaction does not mean a sale or a customer conversation occurred.
The server uses your IP address and browser header briefly to calculate a one-way visitor key that changes each UTC day. The analytics database does not store the raw IP address, the full browser header, your name, customer details, adviser inputs, product selections, cookies or a persistent cross-day identifier. Several people using the same network and browser can be counted as one, so visitor counts are approximate.
The site's own records are removed after 90 days when the next event is received. Your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal prevents the analytics request. IONOS may separately retain standard hosting access logs under its own hosting settings.
This is an independent project by David Ramsey. It is not an Anaconda or Spotlight Retail Group analytics service. Feedback, if introduced later, will have its own explanation before you submit it.
